SucSEED Indovation GROWTH Fund is registered with IFSCA as a Category-I Alternative
Investment Fund – Restricted Schemes (Non-Retail Schemes) as per the IFSCA FME Regulations. The SucSEED Indovation GROWTH Fund (USD denomination), a $100 million USD corpus fund, is designed to invest from Pre-Series A to Series B stages, particularly in DeepTech innovations that provide global solutions to significant challenges.
This fund is registered with the IFSCA in Gujarat's GIFT City, enabling us to make international investments. It's designed to take larger exposure to WINNERs from our Indovation Fund (Fund-1) follow-on investment opportunities in winning portfolio companies from the Indovation Fund. However, both funds remain entirely independent in terms of structure and operations.
